The first Man in my Heart
He is a man of the most special in my life. He is always teaching me about the meaning of life filled with trials and obstacles. He is a male figure that I dreamed to be a husband in my life, he's very responsible for themselves, for family, for work and for the people around him. I love him with all my heart and he is the best father that I have. And I'm lucky to have him.
He was born in Yogyakarta on 19 desember1960. He has a proportionate body, he was tall, straight hair, dark brown skin. He loved sports like badminton, soccer, voly, swimming, table tennis and chess. His favorite food is catfish and carp. His favorite drink young coconut water and tea.
One thing that has not achieved his dream, he wanted to go on a hajj to the mother. He was willing to postpone his dream to go on a hajj for the sake of me and my brother pay for college. I do not want to disappoint and I'm always trying to make him happy to see my achievements.
I was very touched by all the sacrifices he had to family. He'd do anything for me and family happiness
He message that I always remember, never shed a tear for useless things, be a strong woman, a woman who is able to balance his life to affairs of the world and the hereafter, doing the best with all the capabilities that we have to those around us.
Daddy, I love you so much. In every prayer, I just want to see you smile happily

Tips Mengatasi Insomia
Assalamu'alaikum WR. WB ya Akhi dan Ukhti semua...
Di era globalisasi ini mungkin kita sering mempunyai beban pikiran yang cukup berat sehingga terkadang membuat kita sulit untuk tidur. Padahal esok hariya kita harus bangun pagi dan pergi beraktifitas seperti sekolah, kuliah ataupun kerja.
Nah disini saya memiliki beberapa Tips untuk menjawab permasalahan kita yaitu
Insomnia.
Yuk kita lihat beberapa tipsnya,
1. Membaca dzikir-dzikir yag sesuai syariah
2. Tidak tidur siang, kecuali dalam keadaan yg darurat
3. Membaca dan menulis untuk memancing kantuk
4. Membuat tubuh lelah dengan kegiata- kegiatan yang bermanfaat
5. Mengurangi konsumsi makanan dan minuman stimulan seperti kopi dan teh
Nah itu beberapa tips dari saya,semoga mampu membantu akhi dan ukhti semua utuk
mengatasi insomnia.
